Join us for our exciting new half-day course, "A Taste of the Middle East". This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone eager to explore Middle Eastern cuisine's rich flavours and traditions.

What You'll Learn:

  • Pide: Discover the Turkish staple, Pide, with its unique shapes and flavourful toppings.
  • Pitta Bread: Experience the joy of making your own pitta bread, a staple of the Middle East for 4,000 years.
  • Ka'ak: Learn to create Ka'ak, the Lebanese purse bread shaped like a teardrop with a hole in the centre.

Kevan will guide you through each recipe, ensuring you master the techniques to create these delicious flatbreads. By the end of the class, you'll have the skills to impress your friends and family with authentic Middle Eastern breads.

The School of Artisan Food is located on the Welbeck Estate in the heart of Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire, just a few minutes from the A1 and M1.

We make a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are encouraged to bring their own containers to take food home.
